We will assume you require a Standard GP Consultation (€60, 15 minutes) To help us keep on schedule please let us know if you require a specific service as we may need to book you in for a longer visit, ie for Travel vaccines, Full Medicals or some procedures.  Please refer to our ‘services‘ page.
Please note that most blood tests require a morning appointment to ensure that samples get to the laboratory on the same day.

We cannot always provide an appointment at the requested time but we will do our best or offer an alternative to suit you. No appointment is made for you until confirmed by email or phone by Carrig Medical Centre, Carrigaline

Appointments

We operate a GP appointment system to help see patients in a timely manner. Our aim is always to see our patients as punctually as possible, but delays are sometimes unavoidable, as a patient may need some extra time, or we may have a medical emergency. Remember it could be you!

Early morning appointments with the practice nurse are available to accommodate people with busy schedules, these appointments need to be booked in advance.

Please advise the Reception team, when making an appointment, if you need more than one person to be seen, so that they can allocate extra consultation time for you, or if you have several issues to handle. They may therefore need to ask you some questions about your visit.

Please note: that as a patient your confidentiality is protected at all times, by all medical staff and administrative staff. Please telephone (021) 4373555 for your appointment from 8.45am. If an emergency occurs, during surgery times, a telephone call in advance allows us to prepare and reorganise if necessary.

Emergencies are always given priority over routine surgery work. Always remember to check in at reception on arrival, and we would greatly appreciate it, if you would also check out on departure.
